Upcoming Events

Saturday, August 14th - Volunteer Work Party

If you use the archery range, come out and help out.  The range does not maintain itself.  There will be a BBQ to follow the event.

The range will be closed during the work event.  Thank you for your cooperation and support.

General Announcements:

  • Please DO NOT use the targets on the range as practice butts.  These targets are not for repeated (static) shooting.  That is what the practice range is for.  The target bales on the range cost the club $65.00 each and the money to purchase targets is generated through club events.  The labor to maintain them is from volunteers and the target bales weigh over 50 lbs each.  In many cases it is difficult to replace a bale on the range.  Thank you for your cooperation.

  • Please keep in mind that our club survives on the generosity of our volunteers and funds generated through club events.  The archery club receives NO money from the membership fees.  Yes, that is correct.  0% of the membership fees goes to the maintenance of targets and the purchase of new 3Ds.

  • Guests are no longer allowed on the range per the L.L.C..  If you have questions, contact Clete Knowlton (see contact page).

  • Broad heads are not allowed on the field archery-range at any time. This includes in your quiver. This is a safety issue. Violators will have their memberships revoked, may also be liable for any damage to the property, and/or persons injured.  Broad heads are allowed on the practice range target marked for broad heads ONLY.

  • In general, if a member violates the club's rules their membership will be terminated.

Donations Needed:

  • If you have a 36" or larger ride on mower, we could use one at the range for on-going maintainance.  Call Mike for more information at 720-1184.  Thank you.
