The Santa Ynez Valley Pistol & Bow Club is a combination roving archery course and a 20-station pistol range. The club site is located adjacent to the 101 Freeway just 3 miles north of Buellton, California.  The club site consists of 25 acres of rolling terrain dotted with oak and pine trees.  Zaca Creek bisects the property.  A shady barbecue and picnic area is located at the end of the road just past the archery practice bales.  Club members share the site with deer, quail, squirrels, and other wildlife...all of which are protected from harm by the Club's ethics and rules.  Hunting is not allowed on the property.  Club members consistently practice conservation techniques such as tree planting and seeding.

Regular monthly archery events are open to members and their guests. Monthly club shoots are open to the public held on the 4th Saturday of the month (see calendar for details).  Several times a year, the Archery Committee hosts 3-D and novelty tournaments that are open to the public. Archers from all over the state participate in these events. Distinctive trophies and awards are given at selected events.
